1. Use of the Application

Tailor Book is a digital business management tool designed for tailoring shops, boutiques, and fashion designers to manage customer measurements, orders, invoices, inventory, and staff members. You agree to use the app only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Google Sign-In or Email/Password).
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including accounts shared with your shop staff or karigars.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Tailor Book offers free features alongside premium VIP subscription plans via Google Play In-App Purchases.
• Subscription fees and pricing are displayed clearly within the application before purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Google Play Store account settings prior to the renewal date.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Tailor Book app, including its source code, design, logos, graphics, and user interface, is the intellectual property of the developer and founder (Shailendra Varma). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain secure cloud servers via Google Firebase to keep your order records safe, Tailor Book is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, internet connectivity failures, or business interruptions.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of Tailor Book after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
