To provide robust order tracking, customer measurements, cloud backup, and worker management features, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Email/Password, we collect your name, email address, and profile details to authenticate your account.
• Business & Customer Data: Information you input into the app, including customer names, phone numbers, addresses, clothing measurements (Chest, Waist, Length, etc.), order dates, delivery dates, and stitching prices.
• Media & Device Permissions: Photos of fabrics, sample dresses, and design sketches you upload, audio voice notes recorded for orders, and device contacts (if you choose to import customer details directly from your phonebook).
• Payment & Subscription Data: In-App Purchases and subscription status managed securely via Google Play Billing. We do not store your credit card or banking credentials directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide all 24+ features of the Tailor Book application.
• To store and sync your shop data in real-time securely using Google Firebase cloud infrastructure.
• To generate professional invoices, UPI payment links, and enable direct WhatsApp messaging.
• To allow account sharing with your shop staff or karigars based on your authorized permissions.
• To process in-app purchases and manage premium VIP features.

3. Data Security & Cloud Backup

We implement industry-standard security measures (including encrypted Firebase Firestore rules and SSL/TLS protocols) to safeguard your data. Your measurements and client records are stored securely on the cloud so you can recover them anytime, even if you change your mobile phone.

Tailor Book is a business management tool designed for professional tailors, boutique owners, and fashion designers. It is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
